The day of selection

It is that time of the year when the great players of different sports come together to participate and prove their worth on the ground. Yes it is that time of the year for the Sports day and it is just round the corner. All the field games like Basket ball, Soccer, and hockey are being planned. The players are now trying their hard to make an impression on the selection team and get the coveted jersey. But getting through to the playing eleven is not an easy task. In fact making it into the team itself is an achievement.
The coaches are there to field the best players for the tournament and for that they are even using radar guns to measure the speed of your ball. Well this might put some of the guys off from even attempting to give a shot at the team. But for some this has been a source of inspiration to outperform the others and make it into the glory list. The practice for all that has already started in a great way. One can see the hopefuls practice daily in the field trying to make their cut. Well now it is a game of wait and watch for the d-day.
