I always go about giving tips on how to be healthy and lead a happy life with full health because life is all about living it with all your might but very little people realize this and lose so much of energy going behind things which are of no importance to them yet they do it just to please people around them.

Ok now the real topic which I decided to write about today is about food supplements and what are the essential natural vitamins that everybody should in take so that they can lead a healthy life every day. There has been a lot of writing about the potential dangers of using excessive quantities of synthetic man-made vitamins. Professionals have somewhat conflicting views and opinions concerning the use of synthetic man-made vitamin supplements in large doses and the effects this could have on your health. Some of them believe that such vitamin supplements may do more harm than good, and that you're better off with an organic whole food vitamin supplement.
English-written newspaper articles also state the positive effects of natural vitamin supplement intakes versus synthetic vitamins. People should take notice of their food intolerance as well. While this may be a propaganda directed by drug manufacturers, there's definitely no doubt that the best source for vitamin and mineral supplements is nature, and this is something all nutritionists agree with. Unlike man-made synthetic vitamins, natural vitamin supplements have only natural ingredients.
